shipped in plain paper or plastic sleeves with simple artwork on
the DVD face.
In otherwords, by default these DVDs are produced and
sent with no discerning marks, this is how the majority of
my customers prefer shipment!!. The sender is addressed on the mailer
as "BG Media". The smaller packets allow for reduced
shipping costs and faster shipping times. My customers also prefer this of course!

I ship Monday to Friday, use protective cardboard or padded mailers, take pride
in my labelling and packaging, and items are posted within 48-72 hrs of receipt
of payment in full otherwise you will be sent an email explaining exactly
why: Unlike the other distributors out there BG MEDIA does not leave it's customers
guessing. Shipping & Handling to ANYWHERE in the
WORLD will be USD $6.00 for airmail (USPS Priority or Global Priority when
shipping from the US) for this item. Multiple
item orders incur a single shipping cost of $6.00.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
100% customer satisfaction is my goal. If you are not happy with what comes
flying out of the DVD mailer, TELL ME and I will do everything humanly possible
to rectify the situation. I can't help it if the local postman decides to do
a happy dance all over the DVD mailer. Check my feedback ratings, ask some of
my buyers what they think: BygoneGuy treats his customers as he would wish to
be treated himself, with respect ! Of course there are a few terms and conditions:
- No Refunds are issued for defective merchandise, replacement merchandise will
be dispatched ASAP.
- Returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
