All orders are shipped DISCREETLY in plain CD mailers. No one will know what you have ordered.
DVDs are NOT shipped in plastic DVD cases, they are shipped in plain paper or plastic sleeves with simple artwork on the DVD face.
In otherwords, by default these DVDs are produced and sent with no discerning marks, this is how the majority of my customers prefer shipment!!. The sender is addressed on the mailer as "BG Media". The smaller packets allow for reduced shipping costs and faster shipping times. My customers also prefer this of course!

I ship Monday to Friday, use protective cardboard or padded mailers, take pride in my labelling and packaging, and items are posted within 48-72 hrs of receipt of payment in full otherwise you will be sent an email explaining exactly why: Unlike the other distributors out there BG MEDIA does not leave it's customers guessing. I can't help it if the local postman decides to do a happy dance all over the DVD mailer. - No Refunds are issued for defective merchandise, replacement merchandise will be dispatched ASAP.
