| Credit Card Processing Store Prices are in US Dollars. BG MEDIA uses third party credit card payment processes, which means that BG MEDIA NEVER RECEIVES your credit card information, we only receive the same payment response codes that you receive in the email payment confirmations from the payment processor. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Access to the BGM picture archives is typically granted within 24 hours (48 hours if over a weekend) of placing the order. Please do not email asking for the password. After your payment has been verified, your picture archive user/password will be issued and will be automatically displayed in your BGM store account on the screen under "Your Account" option. ORDER and SHIPPING Details. All orders are shipped DISCREETLY in plain CD mailers. No one will know what you have ordered. DVDs are NOT shipped in plastic DVD cases, they are shipped in plain soft plastic sleeves with simple artwork on the DVD face. In otherwords, by default these DVDs are produced and sent with no discerning marks, this is how the majority of my customers prefer shipment!!, Especially my many UK customers!. The sender is addressed on the mailer as "BG Media". The smaller packets allow for reduced shipping costs and faster shipping times. My customers also prefer this of course! SPECIAL NOTE: I won't ship DVD sleeve artwork under any circumstances to any customers. I also WILL NOT make the "hi-resolution" digital versions of the DVD sleeve artwork available online for customers to print the sleeves themselves. It is my strict policy and I have my reasons, there are no exceptions to this rule, sorry. MORE SHIPPING DETAILS: We ship from the Australian East Coast (Brisbane, QLD). We ship Monday to Friday, use protective cardboard mailers (FRONT : BACK), take pride in my labelling and packaging, and orders are posted within 4-5 business days from receipt of payment in full otherwise you will be sent an email explaining exactly why: Unlike the other distributors out there BygoneGuy does not leave his customers guessing. We ALWAYS ship within 4-5 days of the payment clearing, if there is a delay to this schedule for any reason you will be notified by email. After first placing your order in the store it will have an order status of "In Process". When the payment has cleared or been verified, the order status will change from "In Process" to "Paid". When the order ships, the status will change from "Paid" to "Delivered". When the status changes to delivered, and automatic email will be sent stating the date on which the order was shipped. You can also login to your BGM store account to see when your order shipped. PLEASE

If for some reason your order has not arrived
within 21 DAYS since the shipping date, then feel free
to contact me as there may be a problem. DO
NOT contact me about delays if it has been LESS than 21 DAYS
since your order shipped! I will only respond to email requests about
orders if it has been 21 days or more since the shipping date set in the
online store. I have no way of tracking airmail orders, so don't email
me asking for tracking status. |
